Together, we continue to shape the future of modern luxury, crafting linens that bring joy, comfort and elegance to homes around the world.We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Support Specialist to handle back-office support tasks that ensure smooth customer operations. This role focuses on administrative, data, and system-based work rather than direct customer interaction, supporting front-line teams and improving overall service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer-related requests such as providing samples, sketches, and monogram renderings.
- Update, verify, and maintain accurate customer records and documentation including creating Leads, Opening & Closing Customer Accounts.
- Provide credit card links to B2B customers
- Manage all Swatch Book processes including new season distributions, ongoing requests, and the Swatch library for use by the Customer Service team.
- Perform data entry tasks and reporting to support order management functions.
- Assist customer-facing teams by providing case follow-ups.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with ERP, WMS, and other support systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per HOUR
